Hauora (wellbeing) Print
$10.00
Buy 1, Give 1 - for every Hauora Print you purchase we will gift the same item to an organisation or charity working with whānau in need.
This print centres around hauora and draws from the whare tapawhā model for wellbeing which of the 4 sides of your house to tend to in order to build and maintain hauora (health) in a holistic way.
These tapa (sides) are:
tinana - physical, wairua - spiritual, hinengaro - mental, and whānau - relational.
We drew from these whakaaro to come up with this print as a way to remind ourselves of the small steps we can take towards looking after ourselves, and by extension those around us. Our thinking was to offer ideas or suggestions that are accessible - you don’t need an expensive spa day or the latest gadget to be kind to yourself.
